Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

My Texas Instruments I-30XIIS keeps giving me a DEG and an arrow and I don't know how to take it of

The DEG is probably for degrees. A calculator normally has to be set to degrees, radians, or gradians. A short form of one of these three will typically always be displayed on a calculator. The arrow seems to be a storage of what has been keyed.

Good luck,

Texas 30XIIB binomial cdf

The only known equation for the cumulative binomial distribution is the sum of the individual binomial probabilities. Some more sophisticated (and more expensive) calculators have that equation built in, but the 30xii does not.

If n>30 and n*p>5 and n*(1-p)>5 then you can approximate the cumulative binomial with the normal probability function, but again the 30xii does not have that built in.

How do i use this for algebra equations, putting in varables and such

Calculator manual: http://education.ti.com/downloads/guidebooks/scientific/30xii/30xiiqrg-eng.pdf
If you are just trying to solve a simple quadratic equation by entering coefficients, this calculator does have those features. The TI-83 is a better choice for that kind of function.

I bought it at a rummage sale and what a manual for it where can i get one? And is different from the TI 30X 11?

You can download the TI-30Xa guidebook from the manufacturer's web site at
http://education.ti.com/calculators/downloads/US/Guidebooks/Detail?id=6132

The TI-30Xa replaced the TI-30X within a year. The only enhancement was the added Constant key.

The TI-30XII, introduced about five years later, is a significantly different calculator, incorporating, among other things, a two-line display.

Which key on the Texas Instruments T1-30X2S calculater gives the square root of a number?

Here's where you can get 2 guides for your calculator (1 quick reference card, and a longer manual):
http://education.ti.com/calculators/downloads/US/Guidebooks/Detail?id=6134

To calculate square root of 25, enter
[2nd Function]
[square root key]
25
[close parenthesis key]
[ENTER key]

the TI 30XII-S calculator then calculates and displays the answer, 5.
