1. Make sure whether your phone is lost
If you cannot find your mobile phone, the first thing you need to do is to ensure whether the device is really lost or just misplaced. You can simply confirm that by calling the device. I'd say go to the straight talk, Apple might be able to help but since it's not a contract it's probably better to go t straight talk.

You would probably have to buy another straight talk phone. Straight talk offers no contract which means no insurance which means company does not have to help you.

Go into contacts look for his name , edit his info screen the top right look For 3 dots right hand side a drop down list should appear say unblock. Another way choose phone or contacts you will see 3 dots and choose setting look for block numbers. This feature shows all contacts you have blocked whereas the contact screen do individual contacts..

Are you using an activation number Wal-Mart is providing you or the IMEI # located on the box the iPhone came in?

you don't think that dropping it and it coming apart did some thing to the internals that has messed with the program or chip
take it to a phone repair shop and have the problem properly diagnosed

No sure but if your contacts were stored on SIMM card go to wall mart and see if they can bring it up as a print preview then copy them down I have a analog back up for mine it's called pencil and paper works In zero gravity upside down incredible! Good luck
