Question about Kenmore Freezer 20.3 cu. ft. Frost Free Upright Freezer
I recently had apower outage and when the freezer was powered back up the display is reading E and the frrezer is not on.
Look on the inside of the toe kick at front bottom or just inside front bottom and you will find a tech sheet that will give you error codes.

Thank you for your post, Cynthia!
Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire freezer is not cooling properly and is now displaying the temperature of 56. It sounds like your freezer is not on, even though it has power the compressor is not turned on. I would suggest pressing either the down or up arrow three times within five seconds. That should power on your compressor and it should start cooling properly. I hope this is helpful and if you should need further assistance please feel free to reconnect. -Matt
