First you get your ipod nano ( the one with no camera on cos am not shure it will work ) ! Then put it on a ipod docking station which charges you need it to charge then click menue and the middle button at the same time for 10 - 20 seconds about 10 then it will go into a balck screen with a whhite apple on it wait about 5 seconds and it will come back to the main screen with all the options on it like videos and extra and music - hope it helps !!! xx

My goodmans has done the same thing you have two choices (basic) wait for it to die and leave it dead a weak then it will be fine or (advanced) open it up and disconect the battery then reconect it 10 mins latter thay have a short memory for thins like that it will retain all music

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
