If you still have your username and password to your router page, there is a chance that you will still be able to retrieve your passphrase or password for your home network. To access your router web page and change the settings, get the IP address of your router, usually if you mouseover on the icon on the bottom right corner of your computer, the IP address of your home network shows up. Type in the IP address on the address field of your web browser and it would direct you to your router page. Passphrases are usually under security of your router web page.
Note: You should be connected in your home network to access your router's web page. If you ca't connect to the internet because you can't connect to the home network without your password, try using an ethernet cable just so you can connect to the internet and access your router's web page. Once you have retrieved your passphrase you can disconnect the cable and go wireless. You will need to connect to the router with a cable and log into the router configuration page. from there you can navigate to the wireless configuration page and either disable wireless security or retrieve the key. the default IP address for this router should be 192.168.2.1 with login as:
username: admin and password and either: password, admin or blank ( nothing entered for password.)

For you to retrieve the password of your Wireless Network, connect your computer to the router using ethernet cable. Access the router's page through it's LAN IP and go to the Wireless Configuration page to check the Wep key. Hope this helps.
