Have broken studs on the front passenger side and need to know how to replace.

dis assembly down to removing hub -remove hub press or hammer out old stud replace with new one and with lug nut and some spacers tighten nut till stud seats then reinstall hub ---usually most just replace the hub since need to remove it --[the space doesnt allow you to place stud back up into hub hence need to remove ]

No need to replace the hub just the studs. The come in from the back and are splined to prevent the stud from turning with the nut. Remove the hub --drive out the broken studs and put the new ones in from the rear and drive them back in. Get the studs from the dealer spares or a good tyre retailer.

remove wheel, brake assembly & rotor. rotate to where the broken stud is in the opening where the brake assembly was. drive the broken stud out of the hub flange. then install the new stud by stacking washers on the new stud and tighten the lug till it pulls the new studs flange tight against the back side of the hub. remove lug and washers , reassemble .

spray WD40 on broken or striped wheel stud. rotate hub to position where stud will come out the back once it is knocked out with a ball peen hammer or sledge hammer

yes but it is a huge pain in the *** you have to remove the wheel the brake caliper and the brake disk and remember it isn't lego it is all bolted on and screwed together and if you mess it up it wont be just your life that comes to a sudden stop you may kill somone else so if you havent do it b4 then stop

if you have done a front brake job and survived than di it again once the rotor removed there is the flange plate and the broken studs get the hammer out wack each broken bolt to remove it place the new stud in the hole and get the tire iron out tighten it up pull it right through you might need a spacer like a 6 pack of washers to pull the bolt all the way through
reinstall the brakes and happy driving remember after the first 50 km get out the tire iron and re check the studs are all tight as it will likely settle after a bit of brake heat

They are replaceable.
You can knock the broken studs out with a point chisel (wear safety glasses). Take the pieces and nut to an auto parts store in order to get the same nut size (don't want to use two tire tools/wrenches).

usually they are an assembly but when i get crazy and damage studs i raise and support both front wheels so i can turn them and slowly move the hub where you can fit teh stud in and use an open lugnut to tighten down it will pull the stud in (i use an air compressor for this)

Yes you can replace the broken wheel stud. The wheel studs are pressed into place, and a vise will work to press it out, and in. You will have to remove the wheel hub, and then use a deep well socket and a bolt or something smaller than the actual stud to remove it with a vise. To replace it, you will need to use the deep well socket on the thread side of the stud, and press the new one in with the vise.
