My RCA is not a tru flat but it is doing the exact same thing... has anyone figured out the problem

the set turns on to the blue screen opening, sometimes it goes to the channel but most times as soon as the red light goes out the set turns off. sometimes it goes on and it says searcing for channels but goes off a few seconds later.

My Tv is randomly turning itself on and off. I've tried everything.

TV shuts itself off and waits and then back on again. I've unplugged it and let it sit for 5 but still doing it. I found it on a couple of nights ago when I got home from work and then it started shuting off and on then stopped for a day and now doing it again since I got home.

My Tru Flat turns on and off and will stay on for a minute and then do the same routine. The remote stopped working. One day I plugged it back in and it worked fine for 1 day. Now it's doing the same thing.

I have a magnavox vhs and dvd television that started turning itself off when turned on. what could be the problem?
