Usually this kind of issues happens when you have a magnet close by.
magnets like the one in speakers. Also, an electric induction of a sort can cause it as well.
try the follow:
disconnect the TV from the wall electricity
make sure there are no magnets in its close area
let it rest for a day with no electricity - you need to give it some time to release the electric induction out.
if it doest work- a TV repairman will be able to remove it manually by using a strong magnet, but you should not try it yourself,
