If so, I should try typing RV service manuals into your computer search engine, and you may be spending several hours searching for your manual.

If absolutely everything has gone check the batteries first then start looking for batteries. For you to lose power to everything would need ALLFUSES TO BLOW.This is highly unlikely to have happened.
Trace your fuel line up to engine, they should lead to straight to the pump. If the pump isn't mounted on the engine, usually lower part of block on drivers side, then it must be in the fuel tank itself. Being a 1989 model, its probably in the tank,
