I had a sock stuck in the drain. the bottom front of the washer has three screws that take a star shaped bit(screwdirever head) take those screws out and you can see the white clean out. If you open this, (turn by hand) you will find the obstruction. If the obstruction is not there, it may be elsewhere in the line.
You will get about gallon of water on your floors so have a couple towels right by you.

I had the same exact problem. I was getting a F-02 code. After alot of headache and searching I found out I had 3 baby socks stuck in the drain. Which explained why the water would not drain. There was atleast a gallon of water in the pipes so when I opened the cleanout.... WATER EVERYWHERE!!! make sure you have atleast 5 towels readyto go when you do this

I'm havin the same problem. It will pump out the water after I press stop after that it stays locked until I press stop again. I thn put it on the rinse and spin cycle and it will complete this cycle with no problems. annette
