Problem for RCA RS2652 Shelf System

Rca multi cd player has been moved with cd's in it and will not

open now to remove them. they will not play and the unit will not open. is there a trouble shooting idea we can try to release the cd's that are not exactly in the holders/

Take the outer casing off and manually remove the CD's hope this helps.
