Did you register the games online? If so, the code should be stored on there. Otherwise you can always follow this link to use another code.

You can call and they can recover it.

The serial code should be printed either on the CD case or at the bottom of the back of the instruction manual, generally in a white band. If you have *lost* the cd case and/or instruction manual, you may need to contact EA technical support to install the game.

You can download Sims 3 game serials and key generators on thepiratebay.com using a torrent manager (utorrent) but many of these are recognized as invalid and full game functionality (online services) will not be available. Aside from that, using a false serial code without having actually purchased the game is illegal as per the terms of service.
