Random shutdown

Try updating the software. Start by backing up anything you wish to keep like media or special messages and then update to next version of software. Where the software is up to date, cgeck online for reports of similare cases with thos happening for any other people with the same model or software version. Failing that it could be the connecters in the phone that are faulty that rattling the phone round a random way would cause the battery separate from the connecters and cause this to happen. Your service provider should be able to tell you straight away if there is a warranty that can cover the phone for a service to correct this issue.

Random shutdown

I would suggest making sure the battery has not been recalled. I then would take your battery to the authorized dealer ad see if they can issue another for free or email customer service. Keep in mind, you should never leave a fully charged battery plugged in, as it can ruin it.

I dropped my phone in the pool, got a new battery for it and it worked fine untill the battery ran out and now it will not charge or turn on (lg xenon)

Since it's a new battery it might be the battery. If a battery will fail it will do so with the first 30 days of use. It sounds like you have never charged it before. You should bring it back to the store for a replacement to test it if possible with another phone. But since the phone suffered water damage the real issue is most probably the phone. If a phone gets wet sometimes it will work fine for a while after it dries or it won't work at all. But even if it does work you could start having random issues with it everything from random shutdowns/reboots, can't charge, can't stay on to issues like preventing you from receiving txt msgs or using the camera or media player. You might have to start shopping around.

My phones sound just stopped completely yesterday. Anyone know how i can fix it?

Access your menu, select settings, select sound settings, you will find all your sound settings here, everything from keyboard sounds to master call volume. select which sounds you would like turned on and the sound level here. you may also select specific tones for specific contacts, messages, alerts timers, alarms, activities, and events. you may totally customize your sound settings. Tip lock your keyboard when not in use i.e. when phone is in holster, pocket, handbag, or backpack to avoid random setting changes. good luck

Well most th time my cell pone works...but right now its shuting off on me and it will only turn back on if i plug it into its charger then lik 10 seconds later of turning back on the power shuts off...

I suspect that your battery has seen better days (losing charge, the random shutdown)

If possible, replace the battery- if not, contact your carrier to see if they can replace it/ do some research and see if you can find the spare parts in order to do the repair. By the way, is it getting hot when you charge the battery? If so, IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE CELL. LiION batteries have had issues in the past with the cell overcharging- if it is getting very hot- as in burning, that is a severe safety hazard that needs to be addressed by your carrier immediately.
