The problem, as I have just discovered, is that when you go to the Citizen watch website listed above, you will get no help at all for the caliber 3100, "No document found..."

I had the same problem. I tried http://www.citizenwatch.jp/support/simple_pdf/c027.pdf . Even though C022 is not mentioned, the instructions did help me with my C022.

Go to http://www.citizenwatch.jp/ and you will see on the right of the page "setting instructions".

Click on this and follow the instructions to find what you need.

This is the link from Citizen watches to the instruction manual for this watch. They have all the manuals for there watches available, you only need to find the movement caliber on the caseback. For the Blue Angels watch the movement is the C300, hope that helps.
