Why won't my Husqvarna Riding Mower go into gear? After having a tractor tire repaired and replacing the wheel and tire onto my Husqvarna Riding Mower, it will not go forward or into reverse.

It is possible that the neutral lever (free wheeling lever) has been actuated by pulling the lever out during the repair. For normal operation the lever should be pushed in.

Hope this helps?

How can I adjust the transmission linkage on a Husqvarna riding mower model LTH145 product # 954-14-00-06?

The Hydro-Gear transmission in this model tractor does not have an adjustment capability. You can either bend or straighten the actuating rod to adjust it in small amounts. However, with no reverse or forward the transmission may be bad. Check the v-belt first. Replace the v-belt if loose or worn. Otherwise you are probably needing a transmission.

It will run backwards but not forward

If you are able to move in reverse but not forward, you need to adjust the levers. First you will need to elevate the rear wheels and set the neutral. This will then allow you to set the levers for proper forward and reverse movements.

My Husqvarna Rider 16c wont reverse - first it was slow in reverse then not at all

You need to check the cable, it is a push pull telescopic style so it is possible to get forward and no reverse, if it was a hydro problem you would not get forward or reverse, there is also timing gears on the forward and reverse pedal, you nee to make sure they have not jumped a tooth as this would reduce movement on the cable at the hydro

Husqvarna Riding mower wont reverse gth2350 riding mower

I think theres 2 flow paths forward and reverse try checking the fluid level you may have to lower the rear end out of the machine or most all ridders ive seen allow you to take the backing plate off and then block the rear tires off the ground the fluid level should be about and inch from the top of the threads... if yours has a resivor off to the side with a breather fill it to the bottom of the threads... now that the fluid is full and up on blocks or jack stands start the engine and at an idle put it all the way forward to flush the bubles out this has to be done in small chunks 5 minutes forward and then laiter go 10 back let sit for 20 minutes in between and check the fluid level a couple of times to see if it whent down from this... best of luck hope this helped

Lost reverse on right transaxel

could possibly have a broken selector fork on the transaxle, if so the transaxle will have to be pulled right down to repair the broken parts.
