Is this a samsung bottom mount freezer? If so, u will need to unplug, remove all food, open all doors for 72 hours minimum. Drain tube is frozen up. Other method is to remove fridge evap cover and clean I CD e and drain tube. Easier to just unplug.
You have two drawers side by side that are called the crisper bins and one long drawer at the bottom typically called the deli drawer. I think what you are asking is how to separate the front (clear part) of the drawer from the back (white part) ,right?
Usually there are snap tabs that need to be pushed in to release the two pieces but I need to say that they are very fragile and break quite easily so be careful!
I would try soaking the drawer to get whatever it is cleared from it and let it dry completely. Keep in mind that there is usually a left and right specific drawer so if it doesn't fit then do not force it!
Model numbers are found on the inside wall of the fresh food compartment around the door or on the back of your refrigerator. What is your model number? Appliance 911
I contacted Samsung regarding this exact issue. Woe is me I cleaned my drawers and now have water in addition to food stuck in them. The solution is... Nothing. Yup, was told there is nothing you can do. There is no way to clean between those two pieces of factory connected pieces of plastic. We have to live with it. Guess what my next fridge will NOT be? Yeah...
Yes, the clear plastic front of the crisper drawer can be removed for cleaning. Using a thin-bladed, flat-head screwdriver, pry out at the clear plastic slot at the top outside of the drawer, where the clear front piece meets the tab of the white handle piece. Pry out just enough to get the blade under the slot, and then pry inward at the white tab to release the clear front piece at the top of the drawer. Repeat this procedure on the opposite side, so that the plastic front piece is free at the top of the drawer. Next, turn the drawer over on a counter and work the blade of th screwdriver under the tabs at the bottom of the front plastic piece. These should release easily. Notice the bottom edge has three slots and two sections that are interleaved with the bottom of the drawer. Once you have all three pieces separated, the while u-shaped handle piece, the plastic front panel, and the drawer itself, you can clean and dry them easily. To reassemble, first snap the while handle into place on the drawer, by lining up the top of the drawer to the while handle part first. The top of the handle fits over two plastic extensions on th top of the drawer, then swings down to cover the front sides of the drawer. Then reattach the bottom of the front plastic panel to the bottom of the drawer, interleaving the overlapping parts and snapping the tabs in place. Then snap the top of the front panel over the white handle at the top of the drawer, and you are done!
I don't know if you've already figured out how to remove the front panel on your refrigerator crisper bin, but here it is. Once the drawer is removed, pull back those clips on the top left & right of the front of the drawer.Just hold the side and pull back at the same time, then you can remove it. Once both side have been released you should be able to remove the clear plastic front and clean both pieces. I hope that is clear enough. Best of luck, unless of course you've already discovered the answer yourself.
I could not locate any white tank where the water comes to/from. There is only a clear plastic water line behind the crisper drawers, that is coiled up and goes up to the water filter at the top on one end, and down through the bottom of the fridge on the other. The coiled line seemed like perhaps it was frozen, so I took a hair dryer to that but it didn't help. I also tried removing the cardboard cover in the bottom back of the fridge, to see if perhaps the white tank was back there, but it was only
more line, which goes towards the front of the fridge, where it goes up into the corner of the door.
