When the bobbin stitching is off the problem is usually with the top thread. Unthread and rethread the machine making sure it is threaded correctly and is securely in the tension disk. If you still have trouble try using a new needle.

Remove the top thread from the machine.
ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot and rethread the top thread.

SOURCE: bobbin tension

This is an issue of your upper thread tension, so take a look at this generic tension solution

If you are in a pickle with your bobbin case, check top tension and bobbin case are free of lint, reset the top tension to 4, and adjust the bobbin tension to suit......some more detail on how to do that, is here

SOURCE: Loose stitching underneath. HOW CAN I FIX!!!!

Sounds as though you may have a burr or rough spot on the hook where the bobbin inserts. Run your finger along the edge of the hook to see if there are any rough spots.I'm sure you're going to find at least one from the time you broke the needle.Once you locate it, remove it with an emery stick or small sharpening stone. Polish it so that it is smooth. Should work okay.

SOURCE: Bottom stitches loose

You don't want to adjust the bobbin tension, you'll want to try adjusting your stitch length, as well as the regulator tension.

SOURCE: Juki HZL-E61: cannot get tension right on straight stitch

Loops on the bottom of the fabric direct the problem to the top thread. Rethread again and make sure the thread goes through the tension discs. Lift the foot, because this is what opens the discs. When sewing and the foot is down, the discs should be closed and thus giving the upper thread the tension it needs.

Juki DNU-241HU industrial sewing machine picking up bobbin thread but not stitching. What do I look for to fix this?

Question edited for clarity.

Back to basics. Unthread the machine. Remove the bobbin and make sure is is correctly located and lock. Re-thread the top end. Make sure the thread is through the eye of the needle and has a long tail.

When I rewind my boobin, the thread is too loose. How do I adjust it on a JUKI DNU 1541-S?

You're saying the thread on the bobbin is loose/sloppy? That would be a result of the tension placed on the bobbin during winding. Make sure you are using the correct threadpath to wind the bobbin, or the winding tension needs to be adjusted.

I have juki 1541 industrial machine needle want pick up bobbin thread??

Is your needle inserted correctly? Try taking it out and inserting again. Is your bobbing threaded correctly? Try taking it out and re-threading. You might also try cleaning the bobbin area. The only other think I can think of is that you may have the wrong needle in.

I would like instructions on how to set different stitch lengths on my Juki 1541-S.

Puckering is typically NOT a tension problem. But rather a bad needle or not the right needle for the project and thread. Sometimes it's uneven feed but since your 1541 is a walking foot you might have to get the feed timed. I know little about that.

I would first look at the recommended needle thread combo for the fabric. Then the presser foot tension.

Good luck.

My bobbin stitch is too tight on my Juki DDL 8500-7, how can I fix this?

Hi LJ,
Look on the bobbin case, and see if there is a small screw. Usually that is the tension of the bobbin. You can adjust that until there is only slight tension on the bobbin thread.
Hope this helps

Juki dnu-1514s The machine is threaded and and the bobbin is loaded. When I sew, the machine does not make any stitches. It's as if the machine is not threaded and I'm just running fabric...

Your bobbin system isn't engaged. this can happen for several reasons, mostly when things are a little out of whack.
The 1541 has a 'clutch' it located near center on the bottom surface and is a silver circle below the 'arm'. Bring the needle all the way down, now push the clutch and hold while you turn the wheel back (top away from you) eventually the clutch will click when everythings aligned and engage the bobbin system again.
