If it is rusty and in poor shape it is pretty well garbage. Might get twenty dollars if the tires are good and its ride able.

Unfortunately, these older bike serial numbers for manufacturers that are out of business are very hard to determine the year. There are several sites which may assist you. Put vintage bikes or "Western Flyer" on Google. It will bring up those sites.
