HI.This will occur when the optical assembly becomes unstable. this ((Whole One Piece)), assembly incorporates the spin/load motor, optics housing /arm, tracking device and tracking rail. This is connected to the loading dock assembly. This 'NO Disc', code is the result of a failed or burned out lens. It is possible that you have a dirty lens cap. you can try using a cleaning disk in this case to confirm actual lens failure. if the cleaning doesn't restore normal reading capabilities, this will confirm my diagnosis.

You will need to have the optical assembly replaced in this case. once replaced, your unit will be able to read and track once more.

One more time will play 22 cs ; only how to program?

On the Selection & Credit Computer (SCC), slide the service switch up to "ON" and press the LT button (also on the SCC). This will put the machine in service mode. You should then see either "10" or "00" on the display, depending on which CD player version you have.
Now press button 5; you'll probably see "2200" on the display, indicating 22 CDs programmed. To change, press and hold button 5. While pressing 5, press "R" and release both. Now, type in the number of CDs followed by "00". Press 5 again to show the programmed result. If correct, slide service switch back down to "OFF" and press LT again. Machine is now ready for operation. For further assistance, please email tech@wurlitzer-ohio.com.

We can't get the factory 6 disc cd player to load more than 1 disc. What is the sequence for loading additional discs?

The following is the owner's manual for your 2004 Dodge Neon:

http://www.dodge.com/en/owners/manuals/index.html?year=2004&nameplate=Neon

P.99 describes how to load discs:

1. Select and press any numbered button without an illuminated light above it.
2. Insert the CD while the light above the chosen button is flashing and the two lights on either side of the slot are illuminated.
3. Upon insertion, the CD will begin to play, and both the button light and the lights in the corner of the loading slot will illuminate.
4. Repeat the process for loading any additional CDs. The CD playe rwill stop while additional CDs are loaded.

Playing Discs
The radio will show the CD number, the CD track number, and the Track Time Elapsed while the radio is in the CD mode. IF more than one CD is loaded in the changer, the changer will automatically play the next disc after playing the last track of the current disc.

Wow, that's a lot of typing.
I didn't know the 2004 Dodge Neon had such a nice changer.
Good luck.

Cd system does not recognise the cds on playing deck.

The unit is a 3 disc changer usually when these kind of problems occur there are quite a number of possible solutions.
When i faced such a problem it was due to the current being low. Then it was 200 volts instead of 220 so check yours and determine if the current is adequate otherwise you can get a voltage regulator.
On the other hand this happens when the lens is dirty or the CD is not properly placed but the second option is usually an off case.
Generally to solve the problem take out the unit from the mains for about 20 mins.
If you have the technical know how you can open the unit and try to clean around the CD tray. This should be done with utmost care as damageable components are around the tray(this is not compulsory if you cant).
After about 20 mins pug the unit back
Next get a CD lens cleaner and run it in the system to clean the lens of the unit.
put in a single disc and attempt to play. At this point the unit should function fine.
Hope this solution has been helpful?
