Question about Apple iPod nano 4th Generation
Try the button combination : menu button and center button together for 5 seconds. That will reset your iPod. Make sure it's not on hold when you do the hard reset. If that doesn't work, Take it to the Apple store first. Only if you're not under warranty, you should a firmware restore using iTunes. If that doesn't help it's a hardware issue with your logic board. The logic board can be replaced by a tech savy user or if you have a tech savy friend and the part is available on common auction websites. There are ipod nano 4th gen Repair guides that show you how to do the replacement step by step.
