my camera won't turn on and the batteries are charged what do i do??

I've changed the batteries in the camera and it won't turn on. However when I hook up the usb cable to my computer in can view and print the pictures that are still in the camera.

I thought I had the same problem but it turned out I just hadn't taken the plastic off the battery.
