Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition SP2
This is your IE browser checking for updated rss feeds...you can disable it if you wish to... or adjust the frequency with which it checks for updates
Go to Tools\Internet Options
Select the Content tab
Settings button in the Feeds section.
