frozen at windows mobile screen

my phone will not shut off using hard reset. The only way to shut off the phone is to take out the battery in the back. When i plug it into the wall, the black and orange charging screen comes up but that is the only time that the screen changes from the windows mobile picture.

hello. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=L5KWQY92 ..this is a rom for your phone. i think you need to reinstall your curent rom because it's damaged. i think it's best to put into bootloader first. Press and hold both the "Right Soft key" & the "Camera Button" at the same time. Then hit the power button with the other two buttons still depressed. You will now be in the USB Downloader mode.
