VL-H86 PROTECT TAB IS ON AND ALL THERE IS ON THE TOP OF THE TAPE IS ERASE. HOW DO I GET IT OFF SO I CAN RECORD?

Let me reach back into the past here!
Well, protection tabs are on the cassettes. Video8 & Hi8 used a built in re-usable tab (unlike VHS, Beta etc which used a once only break-it-off tab, a method originating near 50 years ago with audio cassettes)
In reverse of the that method, when the tab is out (or slid over) recordings can be made on 8mm's including D8's and not when the tab shows.
they are located on the back edge of the cassette usually with indicator icons in the plastc of the case to help.

Record from tv or vcr

Go to
http://www.retrevo.com/support/Sharp-VL-AH150U-Camcorders-manual/id/201dj688/t/2/
the VL-AH150U manual should be very close to the VL-AH-151U.
Let me know if this works for you or we can try something else. Thanks.

Picture shakes when viewing

If this model has the casette tape for recording, the reels that spin the spools might be slightly warn and wobble while taking the picure. Try recording with the digital image stabilization on and then again while off to see if it makes any difference.

Sharp Viewcam VL-AH151U keeps saying "eject cassette" why is that? How or where can i send this to get fixed?

Assuming the record tab is in the correct position, download the manual for the VL-AH150U, very close to the 151U.
Page 10 of the manual shows the normal reasons for the "eject cassette" message. If not, I would call Sharp support at
1-800-BE-SHARP (237-4277) for referral to a local repair center.
Let me know if this helps.
