Hello
Well have you checked to see if the condenser is coming on?
 And if not, then you need to check to see if there is a burnt fuse, usually right next to the unite. You can also go and check to see if a breaker has fillip. Because most condensers are on a dedicated breaker. Try that, hope it helps.

My furnace works on ac and blows on ac but on heat it does not blow but i hear a humming sound coming from the furnace

Most furnace operating on Oil or gas will heat the combustion chamber before starting fan to prevent cold air draft at start-up, can last a minute or two. Eiter the main flame does not come on or the chamber thermostat have fail. Try to modify fan option on room thermostat from auto to on. Cold air coming out: burner problem or no more oil or gas, warm air: burning chamber thermostat problem, leave room thermostat fan option to on until repair.

My dehumidier blows very hot air while working. Makes it hotter than it was before starting. Like a furnace.

It is normal for a dehumidifier to discharge warm air. A dehumidifier is really an air conditioner - a fan blows humid room air across a cold fin coil that causes the moisture to condense on it and drip into a container - thus cooling AND dehumidifying the air. The cool air is blown over the warm coil and discharged out the back. A dehumidifier WILL normally increase the temperature of the room it is in.
You can do the same thing with sitting an A/C unit on a stool in a room. Room air will be drawn in, cold air will come out the front, hot air out the back and water will drip on the floor. And, the room will get hotter, due to what is called "heat of compression" even though you're running an A/C unit.

How come there is always a cold breeze coming down the chimney flue in the winter?

The answer is simple: the flue is left open so allow smoke to come out of the fireplace. You can by really simple contractions that lower flaps over the holes from the comfort of your living room. Try any home hardware store like Ace or Home Depot.

Should the condensor coils be warm or cold

The condensor should always be blowing warm air. When warm air comes from the condensor this is the Freon being used to take warm temperatures from inside the refrigerator. If the air coming off the condensor is the same as room temperature it would indicate that the compressor is not running, If you have other questions please let me know, Thanks Sea Breeze

with winter being here you might want to consider having a new thermostat put in to increase the heat in side, but make sure your radiator is full when engine is cold

Fridge works freezer isnt getting cold enough to freeze

check to see if you have frost on the back panel of the freezer if so then defrost the unit and if your able to find the failure of the defrst heater or defrst thermostat,or the defrost thmer more than likely its the mother board since its a general electric frig but if you manually defrost until a repair tect can come then it will run normal until it frost up again but before you call the tech out make sure you have the frost on the back panel otherwise he'll make several trip trying to solve the problem with the frig unless its the defrst heater
