Refrigerator not cold enough

check the freezing level, there will be level of the coldness for different levels. check whether you have adjusted it to the highest level or lowest level.
if it is in lowest level then increase the level of it and just have a check, if you still persist the problem then you need to call the technician .

The Coolent which will be present in the backside of the refrigerator has got leaked, the leakage can be due to many reasons like damage in pipes where the coolent is passed to the different parts, due to the opening the refrigerator door for long of time the coolent leakage etc . are some of the reasons for it.
you need to check the amount of coolent present inside the cylinder like container which is present in the backside portion of the refrigerator.
If the amount of coolent present is less the desired amount then the cylinder must be filled with the coolent upto that amount, it will be a bit costly. it is a difficult task you need to call the technician itself ...
