Before it took 10 Rings before it redirects to a specific single telephone line. But now it does not even redirect. Thank you. .

A Panasonic Analog PTS ring sound is not adjustable, however, the cadence is. An outside call rings with a single ring, an internal call is either voice announce or a double ring. The digital phones from Panasonic have either 8 or 30 different tones, but that's a different system.
