M-in-Law's really old Alcatel One-Touch non smart phone. Can't work out how to use it! Is there a manual? Thanks

Unfortunately, I can't see any other way to recover your device than hard resetting it. Of course you know that a hard reset will set your device to its factory defaults, thus deleting every program you have installed, as well as you personal data. Hope you have a recent backup, to be restored after the hard reset procedure. Anyway, to do it, press and hold both the green Send/Call and the red End buttons, and, whilst keeping them pressed, briefly press the reset pin (at the botton of the device) with the stylus pen. Keep pressing the keys until a warning message comes up. Release the buttons, and press ENTER.

u need to download the driver to your computer in order for you computer to recognize your phone. here is 3 links for the drivers one of them is your driver, hope this helps!!

There is nothing wrong with the phone it is the application that is the problem.
