Try removing the BIOS battery, wait for 20 mins and put it back again. The BIOS will go back to the default settings, you will need to setup the Date and time settings.

Unfortunately It appears you have a late model motherboard that stores the BIOS password on an EEPROM chip and cannot simply be removed by removing the battery.

Check with the motherboard manufacturer on how to remove the BIOS password.

I need password for bios to dell dimension 3100 desktop?

marwan_vaqub,
Dell does not supply bios passwords for Desktop systems. You would have to change the motherboard jumpers to clear the bios password. For help to clear the password please contact Dell Support for system ownership verification and they will then help you resolve clearing bios password.

How to clear supervisor password in bios in 945 gccr

If you remember the password, simply enter into the bios/cmos setup, go to the section to change the password, and leave the new password fields blank. I haven't looked at the manual for this specific MB, but that is the standard way to clear any passwords stored in bios. Hope that helps! Let me know!
