Sounds like you are experiencing electrical problems which have to do with your computer in your car and its ability to send signals all through out the engine. you have a loose connection in one of your wires somewhere possibly in the wiring harness. check that.
This is the part where you need to begin testing Run a code test, check for spark, fuel etc...narrow it down. Get a manual (chilton and haynes are OK basics) and do individual component tests. I can sit in a parking lot and listen to someone attempting to start, and, Id be able to give a better guess by hearing that than i can from here.
