Hinge plates have fell off inside front panel,how do i access and replace. BEKO WDIR7543101

remove spring that holds the rubber bellows to front of machine
peel back and fish out plate from inside cavity of machine
then refit plare and reverse process

Hi, Could I get the model # so I can look it up. I do not believe there is anything that will fall inside the front panel.

SOURCE: plate at back of door hinge on hotpoint aqarius has fallen down

Tilt the washer back, and you will be able to retrieve the back plate from the bottom of the washer.
To refit it, you will have remove the front of the door seal from the cabinet front.
