I have a peugeot 50cc scooter which when cold will start but dies immediately, after a few starts it will run but as soon as you rev will die again.

Has it been serviced recently? Check the basics for petrol engines. Clean air filter, clean fuel filter, clean oil and oil filter. Is the battery fully charged? Is there fuel in the tank? (Yes, I've done that one). If there is a fuel tap fitted to the bottom of the tank? Is it in the open/run position?
Yours sounds like a fuel supply issue. How old is the bike? Does it idle smoothly when it does run? A good starting place is the fuel pump. Some scooters use a vacuum system for the fuel pump and the rubber diaphragm inside the pump wears out. This doesn't pull the fuel through fast enough and leaks air into the fuel system. This starves the engine of petrol, causing it to stall.
A lot of older bikes also use carburetors which need to have the fuel jets and idle jets cleaned occasionally, especially if there has been poor quality fuel in it at some time. Newer bikes use an injector which can clog up as well but this is less common.

My 13 plate RCZ when changing gear feels lumpy.

The transmission is computer shifted, so what must first be done is have the TCM module scanned for fault codes, if no codes are in memory then the transmission may be failing mechanically.

Looking to find out which fuse is for windscreen washer in Peugeot rcz

On most vehicles, the wiper fuse also serves for the washer pump motor. Not too sure about Peugeots, though. Just check for power at the pump motor connector, with key on and lever/switch pressed for the washer. If the wire has power, it is the motor or the ground for the motor. If there is no power to the pump motor, check the washer switch. There should be a hot wire going to it with the key on.

Suzuki grand vitara three door, Why does the filler cap draw in air when removed on my 2010 vitara

Check for Evap System Codes

The fuel tank should most likely have about
1 or 2 lbs of pressure & only when the computer
runs a test, does the evap purge valve by the
engine open, to draw out fuel fumes to be burned
in the motor,so NO Vacuum or Pressure at the cap
when the car is off

I would guess the vent valve solenoid is a possible issue,
if you can not fill the tank without the pump nozzle kicking off,
or the fuel tank pressure valve is bad

Have to have ALL of the Evap System Components tested
& the system Smoke Tested

I do not know if any of those items can be controlled with a
scan tool, asian vehicles do not provide all the data features
as we have on say GM Ford & Chry

Why does my car sometimes blow smoke

If it's white smoke, it's oil. If it's black smoke, it's fuel. Make sure you haven't over-filled you oil levels.
If it's worse when you first start it, the oil is leaking down from the valves. You may even have some debris preventing it from flowing back into the block.

Engine speed drop

That is normal, when the oil cap is dropped the vacuum to the engine drops also cause the idle air valve to close due to lack of vacuum.
