We have a pottery barn kids white Catalina crib and need replacement parts for the two bottom spindles. They will not let us order just those and the crib is useless without them.

How old is the crib and what parts do you need? If the crib was made in 2006 or earlier, you can contact Delta Enterprise (who makes the Delta Luv cribs). They made the Dana cribs way back then. If it is 2007 or later, contact Pottery Barn direct. Don't ever use anyone else's hardware on a crib other than the manufacturers. Also - please don't use the crib with any broken or missing hardware. It is very dangerous!

We may be able to help you with the dropside hardware. In order to determine the type of correct hardware required for your crib, we will need to ask a few specific questions. If possible, please call us when you are with the crib for direct assistance at 800.205.9642 or 800.772.1041. Unfortunately, we do not carry conversion rails at this time. Many cribs do convert to full size beds by using a standard metal bed frame (often called a Hollywood bed frame) and using the non moving side of the crib as a headboard. However, we do not have information specific to your crib to be able to say for sure.

I have the same problem. I'm specifically looking for the bottom left plastic guide bracket that holds the raising/lowering side into place. What are you looking for? Maybe we could work something out so that at least one of us has a functioning crib?

I would remove one of the hinges and take it to a good hardware store. They will be able to order replacements for you. good luck.

Puchase the parts at www.productsamerica.com they are identical to the original pbk ones. Worked for us and very reasonable!

We had the same thing happen and Pottery Barn was terrible at helping us remedy the problem. However, after much research, we found the solution! There is a company called Products America (www.productsamerica.com) that sells replacement kits for the PBK cribs. Ours was the antique white sleigh crib...all parts matched perfectly and were identical to the originals! Good luck!

I had the same crib as #2 and the same problem.  It was from Pottery Barn Kids as well.  The web customer support was no help, but I called a store near me and they were able to order the whole part set again. It cost less than 10 dollars.
