have you tried all the possible passwords if you have and have found one write it down or change pasword later on if you have and it hasnt worked it should say forgot password and so on

if you have forgotten your name of a certain account they must have a utility for forgotten passwords and account names which can send you an email containing both user name and password if they do not have this facility you might have to open another account remembering to make a log of your user name and password hope this helps
