My Panasonic viera tv went of this morning . Now where there was a steady red light to show it was on , it now has a flashing red light and doesn't come or am I able to shut the flashing red light off

The number of flashes is indicating a specific error. If you let me know how many times the light is blinking I will let you know whats most likliy causeing the issue. Reply to this same post for assistance.
black strip down the right side its about 2 inches wide there are also red and green flashing lights that is defective shorted capacitor at power inverter board section that was 300uf 200volts.
