Roof top cover will have to come off, to get accesss to it. Not too hard to do, but may want to spray shaft in area of blade with WD_40 or similar to remove rust , and make on & off easier. Here's a link to dealer locator for Dometic. Any dealer should be able to get you a new one pretty quick, or most even have used ones from units previously removed from RV's if your stuck. The fan on my 13,500 BTU air conditioner started vibrating excessively yesterday when I started it. It doesn't matter what speed the fan is on it still vibrates. It has been approximately 2 months since...

Check fan blades carefully for bent blades and also check
    the back of the blades.
If any blades are broken you may have to replace it.

Fan not blowing in coleman trs rv roof air

well check a few things first....have someone remove the cover and reach in with a hand and try to manually spin the blade...free spinning?....then tell the person below to click in the on postion while someone views from up top.....is it humming? or even trying to spin?....if not check the fuse on the RV that protects the A/C unit.....good?.....now replace the capacitor ( it the silver or gray can looking thing that the motor wires run to) only the correct size will work w/o causing further motor damage.

Duo Therm kicking on the compressor, getting cold, but no fan!

Shut the power off to the unit, spin the fan blade to see if it spins freely. If it doesn't spin freely, (there appears to be a little drag when you spin it),the bearings are bad, if it does spin freely, then try moving the motor shaft from side to side if there’s any play in the shaft side to side then the bearings are worn and motor needs replaced. Then, check the capacitor, if it’s bulging even slightly, the capacitor is bad and needs replaced. Most of the time people replace the capacitor if motor seems ok. If capacitor is ok, turn power on to see if the motor is getting the proper voltage, if it is and not trying to run, then the windings are probably open, the motor's bad and needs replaced.
