Have a similar problem. We have a Saphir scanner running on a Mac (OS X 10.4.11) and using VueScan 8.4.52. Scanner runs fine, but cannot profile it as the newer Macs don't take 3-1/2' disks for Color Target Data profiles (preferences), which is required.
Suggestions?
