Question about Samsung BlackJack II Smartphone
My phone wasent dropped from what i am know i was fine and then 10 minutes later the screen had a patch of black with different colored lines through the black patch. does anyone know what i can do about it? Is the screen now damaged?
Yes ..it is cracked..the screen must be replaced...and you don't have to drop the phones for this to happen....leaving it in the sunlight and exposed to cold and hot temperatures causes the screen to contract and expand...which eventually cracks them from the stresses...so...not your fault...no worries..but yes for sure...the screen must be replaced or get a new phone.....

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
