Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

I've had the same problem. Delete from the hard drive and re-download. Should work fine after this.
This game(along with several others) has some issues when trying to access the hard drive. Could be missing data in the download file, a corrupt area in the hard drive, etc. Removable hard drives, although convenient, are not the most reliable. Like I said, I had the same issue and this solved my problem. :-)

Before you attempt to do anything please check if the drum lock is removed, check the power plug, connect the water line inlet. and finally check the settings of the program.
Read through the manual and DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO ANY REPAIR AS BEING A NEW SET you have warranty.
Call your dealer if the set hums even after the initial checks were done.
