Open printer access door,remove cartridges and printhead.go to www.kodak.com/go/printheadsupport on how to remove printhead. click on the 3rd link that says removing or replacing printhead. put the printhead back after one minute,install both cartridges and then from menu choose clean printhead. if problem persists, upgrade the firmware of printer,ur issue will be resplved

Hello if you are making a copy do you get the line and when you print a page from pc or from machine memory then there is no line. If this is so the scanner or platen glass has a foreign object in light path or there is dirt on the glass please check and let me know

My Kodak esp 3200 won't print labels on Avery label pages. WILL print the labels on regular copy paper. Any suggestions on what to do?


I am having the same problem except you didn't address the problem. It's not that the printer prints badly, jams or crashes. The printer literally passes the label paper through the printer and then prints on the next piece of copy paper. I reset my printer not to print the last page first and it still did it. Then I put the label paper second in the feeder. It passed through the first piece of copy paper and the
labels and printed on the third. It's like the printer senses the thicker paper and skips it. My printer is a Kodak ESP C315 and I have no setting for thick paper only plain and photopapers.

Solid black line when scanning or copying from KODAK ESP-3


Get a damp soft cloth and clean the scanner glass. If that doesn't resolve the issue there is a chance the scanning unit itself is damaged.

Black vertical line (1 inch wide) appears while scanning/copying


For this kind of problem you need to call the tech support because the printer is already messed up and it is in need of replacement

Some dust particle or something might have been stuck on the scanner. Try cleaning the scanning glass

Just try to copy a document from the printer , by placing it on the scanner glass of the printer and by pressing Copy on the printer.if it copies,that means the printer is working absolutely fine.As far as the printing from computer is concerned,i would recommend you to
Kindly go to control panel-add or remove programs and then remove bonjour,Kodak all in one printer software and microsoft.net framework Go to start,go to run and type in "services.msc", without the quotes in the open box and press ok. restart the following services by clicking on stop the service and start the service. 1. background intelligent transfer. 2.cryptographic service. 3.windows installer. 4. remote procedure call locator. 5. printer spooler. make surethat they are set to automatic not manual.
install the latest version of Kodak software from www.kodak.com/go/downloads Your issue will be fully resolved.
