Hi I may be wrong or not have all the facts, But, At first glance, voicemail is not an App or service that is associated with the iPhone 4 itself. How would you "edit" voicemail?? This service would be with your mobile service provider, therefore you should be able to call from any phone and check your voice mail. Here in Australia I delete Telstra voicemail by hitting 5 after the message is played back. Hope this helps solve your problem.
If you have 3 way calling ,you should be able to do that, as long as you are talking voicemail and not the answering machine, flash your receiver and dial voice mail, flash and join calls, you should be able to hang up and they will be to your voicemail.
The 29490 isn't an answering machine. To set up the voicemail, please consult the documentation for whatever answering machine or voicemail system you have on your phone line.
Call forwarding is a service provided by your telephone company. With many systems, dial * 7 2, wait for a second dial tone, then dial the number to forward to. Answer that other phone to confirm. Dial * 7 3 to cancel. If these instructions don't work then contact your telephone company for their instructions regarding call forwarding.
Set your Call Forward Busy/No Answer to go to voice mail ext. as follows: Lift the handset, dial 4 then 3 followed by the voice mail ext. (the number you dial to retrieve voicemail messages). Hang up.
Are you able to Unlock the blackberry first, then try to call Voicemail?
You can try doing the following:
go to the phone dialer, click on the Blackberry Menu button
choose options
Choose Voicemail
There should be your number listed there.
Under password, put your password with a # afterwards.
Save and try to dial your voicemail again. It should automatically put the password in so you dont have to.
Your phone is fowarded to Voice Mail and do not disturb is on. Turn DND button off. If it is not the case on your phone press intercom # key 601 then hang up. Then do intercom #key 604, dial your voice mail extension numbe, r press the speed dial Select button, dial 16, press the redial button then hang up.
Since you did not mension the phone system type I am assuming it is a Digital like the KX-TD500. You can transfer direct to voicemail if you have a VT ( Voicemail Transfer ) button on your phone. When you want to transfer the party you are talking to, press VT and dial the extension/mailbox number you wish to transfer the call to and hang up to complete the transfer. If you do not have a VT key you can program one of your flexable buttons as a VT key by pressing your PROGRAM button, dial 9 9, press the button to be programmed, dial 8 and the voicemail extension number, press AUTO DIAL/STORE and then press PROGRAM to exit station programming. Good Luck. ....Mike
