Question about Sabrent USB-AVCPT Video Capture
I am trying to install the Sabrent USB-AVCPT on a Compaq Presario CQ60 Notebook PC running Windows Vista. When I plug it in, it looks for the drivers, the light on the device is green and when I put in the disk, it searches then fails to load the drivers. I figured it was just a problem with the OS, so I attempted to install on a laptop running XP and a desktop running Win 2K all with similar results. What am I doing incorrectly?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
