Television standby light is not lit. TV does not respond to power/joy switch on the bottom of the TV. TV does not respond to remote control... Possible that Main board BN94-07727Dis the culprit? Could I have 2 bad Power boards? How do I determine if both boards are bad, seems illogical that both boards are bad.

Yes it does sound like the mainboard. But we have to confirm. I will see if there is a service manual for this unit in my collection but do you think you can safely work on it? Have you worked on electronics before? The last thing I want is you hurting yourself trying to fix it. HV circuits are not to be messed with unless you know about them.

since you have replaced the main parts in the tv already it is safe to say you have bad led strip these can be tested with a 12v dc power supply
