You can't convert a volume to an area. For example. if everything is stacked 7 feet high then the area would be 484 square feet. If stacked 14 feet high the the area would be 242 square feet.

Hi Alex. The 3 measurements you quote are all cubic feet so you cannot ascertain any fixed sizes from that. The figure is arrived at by multiplying the width x height x depth. This means that if the box is 1 foot high and 1 foot wide it would need to be 1.4 feet deep to total 1.4 cubic feet. If it was 6 feet high and 1.4 feet wide and 2 inches deep it would also be 1.4 cubic feet. As you can see the sizes are completely different and the combination of different sizes is just about infinite.
Hope that is of some help, although to be honest I don't see how....

By your above measurements:
2.67 yds long 2.0 yds qide .11 yds thick for .59 total cubic yds or
2.44 meters long 1.83 meters wide .1 meters thick for total cubic meters of .45 this is reasonable considering the meter is longer than the yard so the total meter would be less..

kakima is 100% correct, but to add to it so you understand how he got that 27 cubic feet... you can picture a cube.
A cubic yard is 3 foot tall x 3 foot wide x 3 foot high.
(A cubic foot is 1 foot tall x 1 foot wide x 1 foot high).

So 3 x 3 x 3 = 27.

Multiply 9ft by 2ft by 2ft to get 36 cubic feet. One foot is exactly 0.3048 meters so one cubic foot is about 0.0283 cubic meters. Multiply that by 36 to get about 1.019 cubic meters.

2.) Square meters cannot be converted to cubic meters.

A cubic meter is one meter high, one meter wide, and one meter long.....
