When I go to use apps, the screen saver kicks in after a few minutes. When I go to the Burn Screen Protection, it is grayed out and says "this function isn't available."

Try switching the "Source" to TV (click on "Source" button on the remote), then going to Menu>System>Screen Burn Protection. It shouldn't be grayed out anymore and you can adjust it. Then switch the Source back to whatever it was before.

How do I adjust the brightness on my iPhone 4 if the screen was dimmed to the point you can't see the screen

  1. Begin by holding the sleep/wake button at the top right of the device and the Home button at the bottom center of the face at the same time.
  2. Hold them both until you see the screen go black. In some cases, you may need to keep holding them even after the red power-off slider appears. If it appears, just keep holding it.
  3. Wait until the silver Apple logo appears.
  4. When this happens, you can let go - the iPhone is rebooting

try to adjust the resolution of your screen go to your desktop wallpaper. right click and then hit on properties. it should pull up another window. hit on ADVANCED you should be able to see there Screen Resolution. drag it down to lets say 1024x768 and hit apply.

now check if its still doing the same problem.

On my screen it keeps saying Organizing call logs

Try to reset using the doing these firstly just the soft reset if that doesn't solve the issue complete all these steps.

Perform a soft reset by pressing the ALT+RIGHT SHIFT(CAP)+DELETE keys. The screen will go blank. When the screen is no longer black, press the ALT+RIGHT SHIFT(CAP)+DELETE keys again. You should then see another blank screen followed by an hour glass

Is it a rear projector , I am positive it is, if it is here is the info you will need,
First you will have to know if it is assesable from the front, most of the time it is, but of the model has sensor's in the front that must be disconected first, removew the front, trick's or take your time and try to figure how the hell did they design the unit to put together, some of the hidden screw's or in the front plastic part that snaps off or pull off, look , most front screen or popable, meaning take out the buttom screws first and see if it commig apart by giving it a bit of force outward, make shure there is no wireed attached to the screen if it has self aligment sensor's, is so disconect the connector, don't know your model by hart but don't think it has any, next keep pulling the buttom part until your almost all pulled out at the bottom , make shure there no wire, then keep pulling it until the front screen it off. Heray.... Next there is 3 bright light devel's that shine, red, blue, green. look inside to see how durty they or, if very durty, then you must keep in mind how the tube's rop cover or set or place, there is 4 screw's that take the top cover off, don't take the picture tube apart just the top big black peace, remember how it goes back together, or you will run into problem, dont open the priture tube where there is oil, you're be sorry, next remove the big black glass part, then clean it with hot soppy water, I use dish soap, if you see it is not durty don't open the other one's then put it back together and do the next until they or all clean and piffy, next clear the miroir, Oh what a difference, you say, well not to desapoint you , I just hope you have put it all together in order and didn't tuch tose adjustment that you not suppose to touch, leave it like it is, unless you think you know what you or doing don't touch, last clean the back of the screen that u had sutch a hard time pulling off then if lucky put it back together, and ha, what a difference, but hopping your convergence is not off, if it easy try manualy adjusting it. Last witch I don't sudjest is go to your munue turn off the colours, put contrast to 80%- amd brightness to 40% and in the front cover remove it 5 screw's this time, oh it getting easier, and adjust the focus for eash screen, it is the small black box about 4" x4" with 6 adjustment, it say's on it focus and creen control, to be able to adjust it correctly put your menu on when ajusting them you will see when they or in focus, unless you were clases, then you run into problem agian, last ajust the screen so that you get the most purfect black and white colour without over driving the screens were you see drive line, I do not want to see drive line's,,, go it. and back of put back the colour and see what you have accomplish, Ah....
I owe.... Last put the rest together and have a nice day.

Apex rear model?

I would say it's a adjustment you will need, is the convergence aligment ok, to adjust this you will need to find the adjusment block in the front, this is a black unit about 4" x4" and has lot's of wires that comes in.
On this block there will writing on it focus, and screen, well your half way there.
Adjust the green screen control downard to see if it adjuses your green problem if it does, here how you adjust the rest.
First go to your menue, turn the colours off. yes off.
next put contrast to max.
next turn your brighness to 40%
Nest ajust the screen control until you no longer see any trace line of the colour you or seing so that at the end product you het the best black and white picture you can. This will give you the end resolt for best picture posible.
Adjust the other colour after, to see if you or close to the corect adjustment go back to the menu and turn contrast down you shouldn't see any trace line.
Another problem people don't understand this unit have to be clear once's every 2 years.
This I won't explain it's a very long process if done right . Rear projectors has to be clear because with time you will notice the picture looks like you have catarack. or white filtering of the picture. This is when you know it need's cleaning, I do it all the time when I go to customer home, yes I do house call's. I think I'm the last one out there, most shop what's the tv in the shop mostly to be able to control the price there about to hit you with and if the customer doesn't pay there just sale it, they have the control and not you.

I hope this help, keep in mind it's very expensive to have tv repairs, but you have to pay, this what keep's tech going without them, well you can just imagine.
