Re-brick
your printer. Pull out the power supply, black box where the power cord is
plugged in at the back of the printer, and put it back after 30 seconds.
When the printer turns on, re-insert the cartridges and make sure they are properly seated in the cartridge carrier.
Should the error continue to display on the printer screen, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for additional assistance.

In some cases, the ink cartridge carrier won't position itself in the middle even when the printer is on and the cover is open. Just unplug the printer from the power source. With the cover open, hold the white tape in the middle inside the printer. The other end of it is connected to the carrier. Gently slide the carrier to the center. Load the cartridges. Close the cover. Plug the printer back to power source.
Please remove your printer and uninstall the software from the PC. then reinstall the software and tehn connect back your printer to be detected and installed once again. I hope you have the software of the printer which came along with the set. This must get your printer back to action. I hope this helps . Good day
EUREKA!!! I HAVE FOUND IT!!! After running into repeated failures after attempts to clean electrical contacts, I finally figured out that the issue could be due to how the cover was seating above the ink cartridges. So by "jiggling" the cover while opening and closing the cover, I was finally able to remove all of the warning messages and be cleared to print. This insight should be useful to many people who have made the wrong presumption about the root cause of the problem, only to solve it accidentally after opening and closing the printer cover multiple times after reseating ink cartridges.
Go ahead and take out both ink cartidges, then remove the printhead by pressing the release button located on the inner top left corner, just above where the black ink cartridge goes (you need to push it up). After you take it out, close the cover and wait until the printer tells you that the printhead is missing. Then go ahead and unplug the printer from the power cord, wait 15 seconds and then plug it back in. If it does not come on by itself after a few seconds, then go ahead and turn it on. When you get the message that says that the printhead is missing, open the access cover and put the printhead back in (sit it all the way down, and then push it firmly towards the back of the printer, until you hear a loud snap). Then put both ink cartridges in (make sure they click in by pushing them down when you put them in). Close the cover and wait until it asks you to either calibrate the printer or until it says that the printer is ready to make a copy.
If after that you still get the same error message, contact Kodak support to get help, possibly by replacing the printhead.
cover "B" should be on the back of the printer. when you open the main back door at the bottom there is a little flap that will fall down, this is a sliht design flaw as you have to make sure that this is in an upright position before closing the main back door. from past experience its usualy hit and miss at getting it to work unfortunatly
I updated the HP 9130 firmware and encountered the same problem. I turned off the printer, removed all the printheads and the cartridges, closed the printer cover and then turned on the printer again. After seeing an error message on the printer screen concerning the missing printheads, I opened the printer cover, replaced all of the missing printheads and the missing cartridges and then closed the cover. The printer then aligned printheads once as is expected after replacing the printhead and cartridges. Thereafter, it worked normally. I do not know why this procedure worked and if it will work in every case, but for now, it seems to have worked for me.
