Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

The PUK code is the Personal Unblocking Key that you find on your sim card carrier.
When you buy your sim pack, you will be given a pack containing the user manual, the sim card which is attached in the sim carrier.
On the sim carrier, you will see your sim card/ mobile number, then a 8 digit PUK code,
NOTE: in some cases, it used to be either above or lower than 8 digit, but most of them are 8 digits.
That is the code that is needed to unblock your phone.
Take care and good luck
