I just received a Fitbit Inspire - Do I have to have a Cell phone to use it? Is there a manual to use it?

No, you do not necessarily need a cell phone to use a Fitbit Inspire. While syncing the Fitbit with a smartphone can enhance its functionality by allowing you to receive notifications and track your data more comprehensively, you can still use the Fitbit Inspire without a smartphone.
To set up and use your Fitbit Inspire, you can follow these general steps:
    1. Charge your Fitbit: Plug your charging cable into a USB port or wall adapter and connect it to the charging port on the back of your Fitbit Inspire. Charge it fully before you start using it.
    2. Create a Fitbit account: If you don't have one, you will need to create a Fitbit account. You can do this on the Fitbit website or through the Fitbit app on a smartphone or tablet.
    3. Set up your Fitbit: Follow the on-screen instructions on your Fitbit device or the Fitbit app to set up your device. This typically involves connecting your Fitbit to your Fitbit account.
    4. Wear your Fitbit: Put on your Fitbit Inspire and start tracking your activity, sleep, and other metrics.
    5. Sync with your phone or computer (optional): If you have a smartphone or a computer with Bluetooth capabilities, you can sync your Fitbit data with the Fitbit app or Fitbit website to see your stats, set goals, and track your progress more comprehensively.

My Fitbit no longer charges What does fix your board mean on. My fitbit

    1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge HR. Your Charge HR will begin charging.
    2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V122").
    3. Let go of the button.
    4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
    5. Also, I suggest cleaning your tracker's battery contacts, because over time the contacts can accumulate dirt and debris that prevents them from making a good connection to the charger. Use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts; do not scrape them with anything metal because this can damage the plating and result in corrosion.
Finally keep in mind that these tips can impact the battery life:
    • Each alarm you add up to the maximum of 8 reduces battery life by a small percentage.
    • Frequently pressing the button to check your statistics or the time may reduce the battery life.
    • Since Quick View causes the screen to light up whenever you turn your wrist towards you, turning this setting off may prolong battery life. When Quick View is off, press the button to see your stats.
    • If you're syncing with an Android device, the Always Connected option may reduce battery life.
    • If you're syncing with any Fitbit app, the All-Day sync option may reduce battery life on both the tracker and mobile device.
    • Charging your Charge HR in extreme heat or cold may reduce battery life.
    • If you don't need a heart rate rating, change the Heart Rate setting to Off. The Auto setting uses less battery than the On setting

How do i get the caller id to appear on my fitbit hr. bluetooth is on and it says on my phone that it is connected, but it is not showing?

    1. Have you installed the Fitbit app on your phone?
    2. Have you checked to see if your phone is on the supported device list? If not, please check this link on Fitbit.com that will let you find out if your device is officially supported:
    https://www.fitbit.com/devices#i.1eq9tls7t9eko1
    3. If the answer is yes to both of these questions (as in yes you have the Fitbit app installed and yes your phone is officially supported), then I recommend removing your Fitbit from Bluetooth devices, and set it up again via the Fitbit application.
