SOURCE: my washing machine is full of water!!!

check pump for open circuit electrically, if that is fine and the pump works but just doesn't drain then its a blockage somewhere between the drum and the waste outlet, strip the pipes and clean out, taking care to note original position of any parts and wires etc

Sounds like your pump is blocked. **UNPLUG the machine**. lift or drag the machine to a spot where you can let the water dump out. The water comes out fast and makes a big mess. Tilt the machine back. On the front-right underside of the machine you will see the pump with the fan hanging down. Unplug the white plug and the earth cable from the back of the pump. You might notice that there is a white plastic clip that you can move to the side. Hold the clip out and twist the pump clockwise. At this point the pump will drop out and water will go everywhere. Try and take the pump out kinda fast so that the coil does not get too wet while the water is dropping out. you might find a blockage (coil, hair clip, underwire etc) sticking out from where the pump impeller sits. Pull out your blockage and check that the pump spins freely when you spin it by hand. If it does not spin freely you need a new pump.

Now, after you unblock your pump, you can put it back together the same way you took it off. Make sure the white plug is not wet before plugging it into the pump and make sure the pump coil is dry too! use a blowdryer to dry for a minute if unsure. When twisting the pump back in, the wires should be at the back of the machine and the earth cable is kinda close to the rotor (motor). Make sure the pump is sitting flat so the seal works too. That clip should click lock back into place to hold the pump from turning. The washer will not spin until all the water is out in case you are wondering. Hope this helps!

Peace Friend,
ngfam1 At your service!

With an error code the only way to find and to repair this is,

First unplug the washer and wait a few minutes then restart it like rebooting your computer when its acting strange!
If it corrects the problem GREAT!!! WE WIN!

If not only a trained laundry tech can make the electronic diagnoses.
Like we used to be able to fix my own cars, but not today they need diagnostic equipment!
Below I referred you to a great service nation wide!

If none of these tasks remedy the heat problem then here is a good company that's found nation wide.
A&E Factory Service
A&E has schedulers available to take appointments 24/7

If you can hear your pump running then your drain hose might be clogged, if not it is probably the pump and will need more in depth troubleshooting.

Your diverter valve is cloged with lint and not fully closed and is letting wash water go down the drain.

Hi there My Fisher and Paykel MW511 pride washing machine is getting stuck at the spin cycle, it makes a quiet noise as if its about to start up but it doesn't. Eventually it may start beeping...

It may have something stuck in the waterpump by the sound of that, you will have to bucket out what water you can then get it somewhere that you dont mind having abit of water on the ground as you wont be able to get it all out. Then lean it back on a 45% angle so you can get underneath next unplug wires from water pump, you will see a metal part that the pump and drain come out of and there is a small white plastic tab holding the waterpump and stopping it from coming undone. Now holding that tab out twist the water pump anti clockwise, it is usually quite tight but will come loose with a good strong hand, watch out for the water to as it will now continue emptying. Now have alook in the hole and pull anything out that is stuck in there. To put it back together just reverse what you did to get it out and give the pump plug a good blow out if got wet when the water came out.

The washer squeals as the water is filling the tub and continues through most of the cycles. As the machine agitates quickly, the squealing stops. However, it squeals at the end of the cycle.

Sounds like the pump.  When it first fills the pump recirculates the water, then it comes on at the end of each cycle to drain the water.  The pump is on the bottom of the machine, on the right side.
