First I would print the menu settings by going into menu mode (Shift+Sel keys) then pressing the print key. Then I would reset the printer to defaults by turning it off and turning it back on while holding the Sel+LF keys. Then go back into menu mode and make sure to match the emulation mode, character set, language set, code page, page length, and all the Parallel I/F settings. Then try your print job again. If you problem still exists then it is most likely that your application of driver on the comptuter is sending the extra lind feeds and that the problem is not with the printer.

There are various kinds of taxpayer identification numbers - not just social security numbers. When you don't qualify or need a social security number you can get anindividual taxpayer identification number (ITIN). GO to the irs.gov site and you can search
there are links there on how to apply, you can go into an office or you can mail in the application but it doesn't look like you can apply online. You'lll need to send certified or notarized copies of the forms and ID they need. From their pages:
How do I apply for an ITIN?
Use the latest revision of Form W-7, Application for IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number to apply. Attach a valid federal income tax return unless you qualify for an exception, and include your original or certified proof of identity documents.
Because you are filing your tax return as an attachment to your ITIN application, you should not mail your return to the address listed in the Form 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ instructions. Instead, send your return, Form W-7 and proof of identity documents to:
Internal Revenue Service
Austin Service Center
P.O. Box 149342
Austin, TX 78714-9342
You may also apply using the services of an IRS-authorized Acceptance Agent or visit an IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center in lieu of mailing your information to the IRS in Austin. TACs in the United States provide in-person help with ITIN applications on a walk-in or appointment basis. Applicants outside the United States should contact an overseas IRS office to find out if that office accepts Form W-7 applications. The IRS's ITIN Unit in Austin issues all numbers by mail.
